> Is there a map to Hill Country Retreat?
> What does the home page mentions of, "active adult" and, "55 and over community" imply?
"Active adult" indicates that our community is full of activities, both indoors and outdoors. You can participate in exercise programs, any of over 100 clubs and groups, a committee, and fun activities arranged by our lifestyle staff and Social Committee.
Being a, "55 and over community" indicates that we are an age-restricted community where at least 80 percent of the occupied homes must include one resident age 55 or older and no one under the age of 19 may live here. Of course, the youngsters are welcome to visit though!
> Are new homes still being built and when do you expect buildout?
Yes, Pulte is still building new homes and we expect buildout in early2024 with slightly over 1900 single-family homes in a tranquil rolling Hill Country setting.
> How can I get a tour of the community?
We are a gated community so contact the Pulte Sales Office (210-741-9720) or your real estate agent to arrange a tour. If you know one of our existing residents, they can also give you a tour.
> May I use the amenities as a guest of a resident? Attend events?
Yes, as guest of a resident there are some amenities you may use and some events you can attend. Please have your resident friend sign you in at the Front Desk of the Resort.
> Is there a website for the new Pulte home offerings?
> Is there a website for resale homes?

> How much are the quarterly HOA assessments and what is included?
Our 2023 quarterly assessment is $449.36 (which includes $54.36 trash fee, $65 for Reserve Fund, and $5 for Capital Improvement Fund). The remainder covers the vast majority of our operating costs and entitles you to use all the amenities. Many activities are also free but others require a fee to cover the costs incurred.
