IS THERE A PROGRAM FOR A PROSPECTIVE BUYERS TO MEET WITH A HOMEOWNER TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY?
HCR has a program for you, as a potential buyer, to meet with a current resident (Ambassador) to learn about life and opportunities. You will be able to visit the resort (Amenity Center), take a tour, and learn about the many activities that happen here. Our goal is to help you be an informed buyer. We are not real estate agents, but an Ambassador will answer any of your questions about life at HCR. For example:
• How do I learn what’s going on here at HCR? How do I join a club or an activity?
• What is the governing process for HCR?
• How do I pay my dues, and how are these dues spent?
• What are the local businesses that make it convenient to live here in HCR?
These are people who will become your friends and neighbors, should you end up purchasing a home here.
To set up an appointment to meet at the Resort you can:
• Email us at ambassador@hcrsatx.com. We will be in touch to schedule a time to meet you.
(Please note: resort hours are Monday - Saturday 6 am - 9pm and Sunday 11:00 am -6 pm)
• Call the front desk at 210-679-0303 for assistance (between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mon-Fri) to set up an appointment.
